I’m a somatic trauma therapist and coach. I work with people who feel and care deeply – often high-achievers, expats, parents and highly sensitive people who’ve been carrying too much for too long.
Maybe it’s burnout that won’t lift. Chronic stress. Old wounds. Anxiety that shows up uninvited.
Your body remembers. And it knows how to heal. I’ll help you access that wisdom – gently, at your pace – so you can experience less reactivity, better sleep, more capacity to feel, and the ability to finally be present in your own life.
I offer online somatic therapy and in-person sessions in Luxembourg.
