- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using our website, purchasing products/services, or participating in programs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version applies to all bookings.

- DEFINITIONS
Client: the natural person who participates in a therapy session, coaching session, workshop, retreat, etc. and/or places an online order for an online program via my website.
- NATURE OF THE SERVICE
Our services focus on personal growth, awareness, and somatic healing. Clients choose whether and how to apply what is offered. You are responsible for your own outcomes, results, and achievement of any personal goals.
- PROVISION OF INFORMATION
You must provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver services effectively. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or withheld information.
- LIABILITY
We are not liable for any physical, mental, or emotional issues that existed prior to beginning services with us. Our services are not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, or licensed psychotherapy. If you have mental health concerns, we strongly recommend working with a licensed healthcare provider alongside or instead of our services.
- CLIENT RECORDS AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We maintain minimal client records for professional and legal purposes. Your records are confidential and accessible only to you, except:
- When you provide written permission for release to a third party (e.g., doctor, employer)
- When required by law
Record Storage:
- Handwritten session notes are stored securely in a locked cabinet
- Digital contact information is password-protected and accessible only by Silvija Zagar
- Records are retained for the period required by Luxembourg law (10 years), then securely destroyed

- PRICES
All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Current fees for programmes, products and services are usually displayed on each individual programme page.
We reserve the right to change the fees/packages offered but will always honour the agreed amount for the agreed time period of any programmes, products or services that were set at the beginning of our work together. However, should you wish to continue to work with us after the completion of your initial package, there will be no guarantee that the rates will be the same.
- INVOICE
With every purchase of a product or service, the client receives an invoice. When purchasing online, the confirmation email is also the invoice. This invoice will also be in the administration of Silvija Zagar and will be kept for a maximum of 10 years.
- PAYMENT TERM AND COLLECTION PROCEDURE
Invoices must be credited to the bank account of Silvija Zagar within 14 days of the invoice date, unless stated otherwise. If the client does not pay their invoice after two reminders, a collection agency will be called in. All costs arising from a collection procedure from the 22nd day after the invoice date, are entirely for the account of the client.
- CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
Digital Products (Online Courses and Programs, Webinar Recordings)
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right is waived once you access digital content. By purchasing and accessing any material, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. If you do not access purchased content within 14 days, you may request a full refund.
For technical issues preventing access, contact us within 14 days at connect@silvijazagar.com.
For group programs you commit to the entire minimum participation period. If you cancel early for any reason, you remain financially responsible for the full minimum participation period fee with no refunds issued for unused months. If paying in installments, you must complete all remaining payments until the end of the minimum participation period.
Live Webinars & Online Events
Events with Recording: No cancellation or refund available. By registering, you acknowledge that access to the recording constitutes delivery of the service.
Events without Recording: Cancellation available up to 24 hours before the event for full refund. No refund within 24 hours of the event or after it has taken place.
Online Group Programs
Before Program Start:
- More than 3 months before: Full refund minus €100 administration fee
- 2-3 months before: 50% refund, €100 administration fee retained
- Less than 2 months before: No refund
After Program Start: You are financially responsible for the full minimum participation period fee (typically 12 months). No refund for sessions completed or missed.
In-Person Workshops (Single Day/Weekend)
Cancellation:
- More than 5 weeks before: Full refund minus €50 administration fee
- 3-5 weeks before: 50% refund, €50 administration fee retained
- Less than 3 weeks before: No refund
- Non-attendance: No refund
Transfer: You may transfer your spot to another person up to 48 hours before the workshop at no charge.
In-Person Retreats (Multi-Day)
Cancellation:
- More than 3 months before: Full refund minus €100 administration fee
- 2-3 months before: 50% refund, €100 administration fee retained
- 1-2 months before: 25% refund, €100 administration fee retained
- Less than 1 month before: No refund
Transfer: You may transfer your spot to another person up to 2 weeks before the retreat.
After Start: No refund for days completed, missed, or if you leave early.
- CANCELLATION BY SILVIJA ZAGAR
If we must cancel an event, you will receive a full refund within 14 days or may transfer payment to a future event. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.
- HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION OR REFUND
Email connect@silvijazagar.com with your order/registration details. Cancellation is effective when we receive your written notice. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE
For in-person events, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs if you must cancel.
- CANCELLATION OF 1:1 THERAPY SESSIONS, WORKSHOPS AND OTHER EVENTS BY SILVIJA ZAGAR
Silvija Zagar reserves the right to change, reschedule or cancel her workshops, training courses, sessions, etc. in the event of force majeure. Force majeure is in any case, but not exclusively understood to: Silvija’s illness, obstruction by third parties, inaccessibility of the location, traffic obstruction, internet disruptions, natural disasters, virus outbreak, war or restrictions imposed by the government on her work or gatherings of groups.
In case of force majeure, Silvija Zagar will do her utmost to arrange another date, location or replacement trainer. If she is unable to do so, Silvija Zagar has the right to unilaterally dissolve the agreement. In such a case, Silvija Zagar is not liable for any damage suffered by the client as a result.
- COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All material provided by Silvija Zagar is copyrighted and invaluable. This means that none of these publications may be reproduced, forwarded, copied or used in any other way without the author’s permission.
- COMPLAINTS
If the client is not satisfied with a service provided, they must report this to Silvija Zagar within 14 days after the delivery of this service. In consultation, it will be investigated how the complaint can be resolved in all reasonableness. All complaints will be treated confidentially.
Procedure: The writer of the complaint will receive acknowledgement of receipt within five working days. Complaints will be dealt with within 4 weeks. If a longer period of time is needed to conduct research, the client will be notified within 2 weeks and the postponement will be explained; in addition, an indication is given when Silvija Zagar expects to be able to give a definite answer.
- TERMS AND EXPECTATIONS OF COLLABORATION IN INDIVIDUAL THERAPY AND COACHING SESSIONS
Before beginning individual therapy or coaching services, you will receive a separate Client Agreement outlining the specific terms and conditions for our work together. This must be reviewed and signed before your first session.
- DISCLAIMER AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PARTICIPANT IN GROUP PROGRAMS AND ONLINE COURSES
The work we provide is somatic education and coaching, not licensed healthcare. We are not medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed psychotherapists, counselors, or social workers. If you are working with, have worked with, or plan to work with a licensed healthcare provider, you should discuss your participation in any program or course we offer with them. None of the work done through our programs and courses should be considered a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
Your results may vary from those shown in testimonials or marketing materials. Real results require dedication and consistent practice. We make no representations regarding the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual benefits you may or may not experience as a result of participating in this program. Results differ for each individual, and your outcomes depend on your unique circumstances, commitment, and healing process.
We expressly disclaim responsibility for the choices, actions, results, use, misuse, or non-use of the information, practices, and materials provided through this program. You agree that your results are strictly your own and that we are not liable or responsible in any way for your outcomes.
While we may offer perspectives, practices, and guidance for your consideration, you acknowledge that these are suggestions only—not prescriptions or binding advice. Whatever we discuss is our perspective based on somatic principles. If you have concerns about how this work relates to your mental health, please discuss them with us or a licensed healthcare provider.
- MENTAL HEALTH EMERGENCIES
If you are currently experiencing: – Suicidal thoughts or self-harm urges – Severe depression or anxiety requiring immediate care – Psychosis or dissociation – Active substance abuse crisis – Acute eating disorder symptoms
Please seek immediate support from: – Emergency services (112 in Luxembourg) – A licensed mental health professional – Hospital emergency department
Our programs are not appropriate as primary treatment for acute mental health crises.
